Ask Eliza...
These are some questions that I've been asked before and thought I would share!

Q: Is Eliza Knight your real name?
A: No. Eliza Knight is my pen-name. Eliza is the shortened version of Elizabeth based on my favorite real life historical heroine, Elizabeth I. Knight is a family name.

Q: Where can I get your books?
A: Her Captain Returns and Warrior In A Box will be coming soon from The Wild Rose Press in e-book format, more details to follow.  My other manuscripts are currently on the market for a publisher.  I will update you with more info as it becomes available!  :)
Q: Where do you get your ideas?
A: They just come to me, while sleeping, eating, showering, driving, working out...pretty much whatever I'm doing. I have to keep notebooks with me at all times, and I have a running list of stories that I have yet to write.

Q: Where are you from?
A: I was born, in D.C. raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland and now live in western Maryland. I love it here. We are close to D.C., Baltimore, Gettysburg, and a ton of other places, so there is always something to do. We have the perfect mix of weather. Cold winters, cool falls, warm springs and hot summers. The town I live in is small, yet diverse.

Q: What are your favorite books and who are your favorite authors?
A:  Check out my bookshelf.  These are just a few of my favorites.  I have a library of over 250 keepers.

Q: How often do you read or watch t.v.?
A: I read everyday. If I really like the book, I will read the whole thing in one day. I do watch television, but rarely. I have a couple favorite shows, and I will watch pretty much anything on the history channel.

Q:  Are you married?  Do you have children?
A:  Yes and yes!  I have been married seven years to my high school sweetheart - sort of - we actually went to rival schools, but worked at summer camp together.  We have two young daughters, and a Boxer named Diesel.
